Fake Body in Coffin Is Part of a Asbestos Abatement Protest
An asbestos abatement firm in New York staged a rather macabre protest in New York this month – placing a casket on the pavement outside their firm. Over the first few weeks, the coffin was closed due to rain, but as soon as the weather improved, the casket was opened to reveal a fake body lying in hard hat and gas mask.
It has been met with mixed reviews with some people disgusted by it and some others have found the display thought provoking.
